The compressor is designed with a production capacity of 1000 kilograms and a design pressure of 45 megapascals. It is equipped with a hydrogen unloading and filling sequence control system, and the body area is reduced by 22% compared to conventional models. It does not require a separate sequence control panel, greatly reducing the construction area of hydrogen refueling stations, lowering investment costs, and providing a solution for refueling stations limited by site area to launch hydrogen refueling functions. In addition, the device can operate in two modes: "single machine one in use and one backup" and "dual machine simultaneous", effectively extending the service life of the device, enhancing its safety performance, high efficiency, low energy consumption, convenient maintenance, and simple operation.
This equipment was developed by the Chongqing Key Laboratory of Hydrogen Energy Refueling Systems and Equipment for Petroleum Vehicles and Ships. This laboratory is a hydrogen energy laboratory jointly established by Chongqing Petroleum and Chongqing Naide Energy Equipment Integration Co., Ltd., focusing on tackling technical challenges in hydrogen energy production, storage, compression, injection, intelligent control, and other aspects.
